While Central Access is our new name, our company, Central School Supply, has been serving public schools for nearly a half century. Established in 1954, Central School Supply became a leading distributor of school products including teaching aids, furniture, equipment, and a manufacturer of outdoor stadiums with both U.S. and international installations. We have enjoyed some wonderful relationships with school districts all over the country, and we hope to continue serving you in the future.

The new SAM6i™ software is our latest educational software solution. We began our journey into technology solutions in the early 70's, beginning with our first software product, Criterion Reference Testing (CRT). CRT was the first generation of individual learning systems in which students’ pencil and paper tests were sent to Palo Alto, CA to be scored on mainframe computers. With the birth of the microcomputer, we were able to eliminate the laborious pencil and paper process by developing software to diagnose student weaknesses by skill and prescribe individual lesson plans for each student in real time: no more waiting for reports to come from a far-off computer. This proved to be an excellent remediation tool for reading and math.

Today, Central Access focuses on: School Fund Accounting, School Personnel, and Student Management. Building upon our past ten years of experience and success in student management software development, we believe that our ActiveSchool Software™ will give you an enterprise-wide system that's simple to use and carries the most affordable price in the industry.
The mission of Central Access Corporation is to provide those in the K-12 education community with tools to assist them in doing their jobs through the development and delivery of quality computer software products, product implementation and training, and on-going product support at the most affordable prices in the education computer software industry.

We at Central Access believe that our customers are the most important aspect of our business. Before undertaking the development of any new product, we involve our customers in the product design phase, asking for their input through our various Customer Advisors' Groups. Through a district volunteer system, we utilize our customers as pilot sites for newly developed software before it is released as a finished product. Our software implementation and training phase involves getting "buy-in" from end users in a school district before they undergo training by our highly skilled staff of trainers. This is accomplished by one of three methods? district on-site visits by our implementation staff, a web-based conference between our staff and district staff, or district personnel conferences at our corporate headquarters. Our hotline and support staff are always available to assist anyone having questions about our products or to assist new personnel in a school district currently using our products. Our highly skilled IT staff assure that those using our web-based products experience little, if any, difficulty accessing our 24/7 website and are available to provide IT guidance to districts on an as needed basis.
