Bluestem Learning is a supplemental education services organization dedicated to helping students be successful in school and to helping schools be successful with students.

The Bluestem Learning Staff is composed of active and retired, local teachers. Our teachers come from your district and are familiar with the curriculum and the state standards.

Every member of our staff is a certified, master educator who has decades of classroom experience. Some have taught in Title I Schools.

Our work within schools and with the student’s classroom teacher produces success for students and their schools.

Bluestem Learning is a Supplemental Educational Services Organization dedicated to helping students be successful in school and to helping schools be successful with students. Our services in The Success in Learning Program are:
• Summer Tutoring
• Before and After-school Tutoring Design
• Professional Development to Assist Teachers with The Kansas Standards
• Instructional Coaching


All of our tutoring programs and professional development programs use the Kansas Standards as the framework. Our teachers know the district curriculum and understand the state standards. We work with each student on the vocabulary, concepts, indicators and skills that will prepare them for testing. We provide testing strategies, but we do not teach to the test.
