The Ventures Initiative and Focus® system is a student-centered, research-based methodology, which improves students' literacy, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Within the Ventures Initiative and Focus® system, specialty programs for Instructional Leadership, Literacy Instruction, Math & Science, Early Childhood Literacy, Special Education and Limited English Language Learners are available. These programs are specifically designed to assist school districts in meeting the many challenges presented by the federal "No Child Left Behind Legislation." VESC™ has been implementing these programs throughout the nation with excellent objective results.
